Massage, Reflexology and Beauty Therapy Treatments

Swedish Massage and Hot Stone Therapy Massage is available.  Vicky who has many years experience is a member of the professional organisation BABTAC.  A 35 min Stress release massage is £23.00, Swedish full body massage is £31.00 for 45 min or £39.00 for 1 hr.   A 1hr Hot Stone Massage is £55.00 and utilises hot volcanic lava stones and crystals.  All oils are home prepared using fresh home grown herbs. 

Dawn Dean offers Reflexology therapy treatment which dates as far back as the Egyptian times.  Treatments are carried out on the feet and hands seated in a reclined position in a calm and relaxing atmosphere.  These start at £22.00 for 45 minutes.

Angela offers Tanning, Waxing, Facials, Nails, Tinting, Manicures and Pedicures.

Appointments can be made for both of these treatments before your stay.

Gift Vouchers

Personalised gift vouchers available for any combination which you choose to suit your budget.  From £10.00 for food only and £23.00 for Massage only.  Many combinations are available to suit your requirements.

Thetford Forest Park

Plenty of marked walks and trails are available along with a coffee shop and bike hire.

At the High Lodge Visitor Centre there are now seven purpose built all-ability bicycles to hire. Also 'Go Ape' an aerial assault course is well worth a try if you have the courage.  The birds are busy courting and nesting so why not see how many you can spot.
