Massage Therapy Treatments

Swedish Massage and Hot Stone Therapy Massage are now available.  Vicky who has many years experience is a member of the professional organisation BABTAC.  A 30 min Stress release massage is £23.00, Swedish full body massage is £29.00 for 45 min or £40.00 for 1 hr.   A 1hr Hot Stone Massage is £55.00 and utilises hot volcanic lava stones and crystals.  All oils are home prepared using fresh home grown herbs.  Appointments can be made before your stay.

All Change

We have had a change around of the dining and seating areas.  The Ivy room now provides an informal dining area with Swallowtails Restaurant still offering a more formal atmosphere.  The conservatory can now be used as an informal seating area where you can enjoy views of the garden while having an afternoon cream tea or coffee after dinner.

Norwich

The historic city of Norwich is only 35 minutes drive away, with its two Cathedrals, Castle museum and ranked number nine for shopping locations in England.

Whisky Distillery

England's first single malt whisky distillery is only 15 minutes drive away.

Thetford Forest Park

Plenty of marked walks and trails are available along with a coffee shop and bike hire.

At the High Lodge Visitor Centre there are now seven purpose built all-ability bicycles to hire. Also 'Go Ape' an aerial assault course is well worth a try if you have the courage.
